At Voltery, we work to ensure your order is processed carefully and delivered as efficiently as possible. Because orders may be fulfilled from different distribution centers depending on product availability and destination, shipping times can vary by region.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

If you order a Voltery Sizing Kit before selecting your final ring size, the sizing kit will ship first. Your smart ring will be prepared for shipment after your size has been confirmed.

Shipping Charges & Tracking

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or incorrect delivery information may cause delays.

If your tracking shows a delivery problem or your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact support@voltery.net with your order number so we can assist with the shipment.
